Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Sweden: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

We offer free shipping on all orders over 500 SEK within Sweden.

For orders below 500 SEK, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

International shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the destination and selected delivery method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. SØREN is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the package and the affected items.
